A client wants to change future esignatures from "Bob" to "Robert" how is this done?
I'm not familiar with DocuSign Transaction Rooms, but maybe this will help. If the user has an account, the user can log in at www.docusign.com, select My Preferences from the menu in the upper-right corner, and scroll to the bottom of the Personal Information page. From here, the user can delete the Bob signature and add a new Robert signature.
If your client doesn't have a DocuSign account then it's coming from your address book within DocuSign. Either delete his entry or update it so that the next time you include him in an envelope you can use Robert instead of Bob and the system won't overwrite it.
