Are you asking as a signer or a sender?
For Signers, the language of the actual signing experience is auto detected by the language of the recipient's internet browser. They can also select their language of choice at the bottom of the Classic DocuSign Experience screen:
DocuSign offers users the ability to sign documents in 43 localized languages and with our latest Summer Release extended Local Language Support you can configure a preferred language of the emails sent from Docusign. Please view our Quick Tip Tuesday: Language Settings in your DocuSign Account
Can you please clarify where and for whom you would like to change the language?

I changed to language on ny account by mistake and can not change back to english
Marc, a third way to customize language, just to gather the information in one posting. Customizing language per recipient of an envelope:
Optionally, you can select the email language used for a recipient. This option sets the language used in the standard email format and initial signing for the recipient, but it does not translate the Email Subject, Email Message text or note text. You must type the subject, message or note in the correct language.
Note: This option might not be enabled for your account. If you have questions about the options available for your account, contact your Account Manager or DocuSign Support for assistance.
Click Customize email and signing language for each recipient the Customize Email Language dialog box appears.
Select the language for each recipient and click Done. You are returned to the Prepare Envelope page and separate Email Subject, Email Message and Note fields are provided for each recipient.
For each recipient, type an Email Subject for the envelope. Optionally, type an Email Message and Note for the recipient.
Our company has been using DocuSign for approximately 8 months now and for some reason the default for this feature is coming up as "Arabic" when it was initially "English (US) just a few weeks ago.
Has anyone experienced this issue and was a resolution discovered?
I checked the docusign user's language settings and it's set to English. There is not an option for Arabic.
The docusign signer is receiving the email in Arabic only when this docusign user sends envelopes.

Hello, I want to know how I can have the email for the recipients all in english. We have all the Docusign website in French.
I try to change the language on the website, and it doesn't work. I tried to change my own language on my profile, and nothing.
Do I have to change my language in the Admin ?

I have ben using Docusign for a month now. For some reason the default language has changed to Arabic. This means I have to change language evertime I send an envelope.
Does anyone know how to change the default back to English (UK)?
Also your site Administrator can change the default language set for your user account.
I was working on my site and all of a sudden it began to appear in German. I need it to go back to English but cannot figure it out. HELP PLEASE. I am transacting and must solve this immediately.
Hopefully you've already solved this. BUt just in case you haven't. In DocuSign, go to the upper right corner where the headshot is and select the dropdown. The second option of the dropdown, which is Preference in English is what you want. The first one should have your name and account number, you want the one right below that.
Now in prefernce you want the first sub-heading under the first heading on the left. In English the first heading would be "Member Profile" and the first sub-heading would be "Personal Info"
Once in the Personal Info setting you'll see your name and information. The final data input on that page is the language, which you should be able to switch from German back to English.

I am sending my client documents to sign but whenever she opens them up the directions are in German and it won't let her continue. I've resent it 3 times and then resent it a 4th time from zipforms. But still the same result. It is in English on my side. She says the documents themselves are in English but the directions are in German and she can't sign them.
How do we resolove this issue?
