How do I set up my DocuSign credentials in zipForm Plus?

Before you can use the DocuSign features with zipForm Plus, you first need to enter your DocuSign credentials.

Classic zipForm Plus

  1. Log into zipForm Plus and click the arrow under your name in the upper-right corner.
  2. Click View Profile.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Under E-Signatures Options, ensure DocuSign® is selected, click Link Existing DocuSign Account, enter your DocuSign credentials in the pop up window, then click Continue, then Save.User-added image

Your DocuSign credentials are now up-to-date.

New zipForm Plus

 

  1. Log into zipForm Plus and click the arrow under your name in the upper-right corner, and click View Profile.
