DocuSign Support Center Improvements

Why has the Support Center changed?

We are making it easier to find the information that you need to be successful with DocuSign; based on customer input and research, we are improving the DocuSign Support Center to make it easier and faster to find the critical information about DocuSign products. 

The mobile-friendly site is being designed with you in mind. We conducted research with customers who interact with DocuSign in different ways to ensure we are supporting your goals with DocuSign. Throughout the design process, we utilized findings and valuable insights to focus on simplicity and efficiency.

Beyond just a new look and feel, the site will feature a new top-level navigation, role-based

and task-based navigation, and a brand new search.  These updates will make it easier to find the answers you need about DocuSign.
